Injury patients deserve a system that expects them

A workers' compensation case and an auto accident case are not just medical events. They are also deadlines, forms, adjusters, and a paper trail that decides whether care gets paid for. Epic Medical Centers exists to remove that friction. Our clinics across Florida are staffed and scheduled with injury patients in mind: same-day and next-day evaluations, imaging coordinated in-network, therapy that is re-evaluated instead of repeated on autopilot, and documentation written the way claims examiners and attorneys actually need to read it.

What we believe

• Speed is clinical. Delay is not neutral. In Florida, waiting past 14 days after a crash can cost a patient their benefits, and waiting on a workers' comp evaluation can turn a manageable strain into a chronic problem.
• Documentation is care. A precise record of mechanism, findings and restrictions protects the patient long after the visit ends.
• Conservative first, escalate honestly. We start with the least invasive path that fits the injury, and we say plainly when it is not working.
• One network, one record. Patients should not be the courier between their own providers.

Who we serve

Construction and warehouse crews, delivery and rideshare drivers, hospitality and healthcare staff, and anyone rear-ended on a Florida interstate on the way home. Our patients are usually working through the injury, not resting through it, and our plans are written with that reality in mind.
